I bought “Remove ads”. How do I get it on a new device?
Sign in to the same Google, Amazon or Apple account you used to buy it, install the game and open it. The store restores the purchase automatically and the ads stay off.
Can I move my progress to a new phone or tablet?
Your progress, manna and collectibles are saved only on your device and we keep no copy, so we can't move them for you. If your device backup is turned on, restoring that backup on the new device may bring them along.
How do I delete my data?
Open Settings in the game and tap Reset progress, or uninstall the game. We don't store your game data anywhere else. For advertising data, reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. For any other privacy request, email us.
How do I change my ad privacy choices?
In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, open Settings in the game and tap Ad privacy. Anywhere, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. On iPhone and iPad, you can turn tracking off in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
I'm stuck on a hand. What can I do?
Tap Hint to see a good move. If you're still stuck, you can skip the hand with manna or by watching a short video. The story moves on to the next moment.
Can I play with the phone upright?
Yes. Open Settings in the game and tap Play upright. Tap Play sideways to switch back.
Where do the crosses and sayings come from?
100 collectible crosses are hidden in the story scenes. Zoom and turn the world to find them, then unlock them with manna. Tap Jesus and the main characters to collect their sayings. Everything you've found is in My Collection.
